Dave Moore is a recognized Oracle ACE based in Austin, Texas. He has been using Oracle since 1991 and frequently contributes technical articles and presentations. Dave has presented numerous times at IOUG, Oracle OpenWorld as well as many local user groups throughout the United States and Australia. He is a graduate of Western Carolina University and is the author of Oracle Utilities from Rampant TechPress.
